August 16 : Friends of Haiti 2010 presents: Youth Forum on - IYD at the YMCA Brooklyn New York

For Friends of Haiti 2010: The full involvement of young men and women in participatory processes is vital to achieving sustainable human development. On August 16, 2014 from 2:00pm to 7:00pm at the YMCA, 1401 Flatbush ave Brooklyn, New York, Friend of Haiti 2010 will be hosting a Youth Forum. This event will be co-moderated by Shanni Rahmin from Hot97 and Young entrepreneur Leanna Archer.

As young people transition through various stages of education into the workforce, they face increasing hurdles to secure gainful employment and career opportunities. This event promises to provide great insight to how our young leaders can address this crisis.

As you know, FOH2010 mission is to help individuals and families foster the capacities of directing their own lives, promoting recovery, resiliency, and creating a productive, and caring community.
